Jonas McCuen Shines in Win over Argos

The Cavs secured win number 1 in a very unusual start to the season by getting a 23-4 win over Argos. Playing only their 4th game of the season due to a very rainy April, the Cavs' bats came to life in a big way last night. Starting pitcher Jonas McCuen struck out 8 batters while only allowing 1 hit and 1 earned run. At the plate, he went 3/5 with 2 doubles and 5 RBIs. Other highlight players from yesterday include: Reese Carter: 2/3 with a double and 4 RBIs Matthew Bloomquist: 2/3 with a double and scored 5 runs Mitch Ramski: 2/3 with 4 runs scored Caleb McCuen: 1-2-3 inning with 3 strikeouts in 1 inning of relief The Cavs now prepare for Caston in their home opener tomorrow night at 5:30 pm.
